Returns & Refunds Policy

At We Make Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our team is here to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.

General Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
  • To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.
  • Please include the original packing slip or invoice with your return.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of company error.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to items that:

  • Are not returned in their original condition, or
  • Are returned after the 14-day return window.
  • This fee will be waived if the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or a company error.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your account on our website and navigate to your order history.
  2. Select the order with the item you want to return 

Click on the "Request a Return" button, select the reason for return and submit your request.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days from the time we receive your return for processing.
  • After processing, refunds may take an additional 5–8 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
