Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is verified. Most orders ship the same day, though please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce, USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Important: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a valid street address.

Delivery Recommendations

To avoid delays, especially during peak seasons or major holidays, we recommend placing your order early. Providing a complete and accurate shipping address ensures timely processing and prevents delays or cancellations
